My stay at Raissa Boutique Hotel had its ups and downs. I appreciated the friendly staff and good wifi, but the noise from kids running wild until 2am was really distracting. Plus, the room design, with the toilet and shower almost combined, was kinda disappointing.

Rooms
6.0
The room layout was a letdown since the shower and toilet were nearly in the same space. It felt cramped and uncomfortable to me.
Service
8.0
Staff were nice and accommodating, even giving me a second room card and late checkout for free, which I totally appreciated.
Location
6.0
The hotel is close to lots of eateries, which is a plus, but the overall area felt a bit sketchy and blue-collar to me.

I didn’t dine much, but I enjoyed the muffins during breakfast, they were a nice treat!
Facilities

The facilities were decent enough, but parking was a hassle since there was only space for a couple of cars.

My stay at Raissa Boutique Hotel was generally pleasant. the location is fantastic, being close to Bukit Bintang and Pavilion. However, there were a few downsides, including limited parking and some noise from other rooms that affected my sleep. Overall, I felt the comfortable mattress made it a fair deal for the price.

Rooms

The Standard Double Room was cozy, but the sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear doors closing and TV sounds from neighboring rooms. Also, the floor felt oily, so I needed my slippers inside.

The limited parking was an issue, with only two spots available. Laundry facilities were close by, which was very practical. though the main lobby access involved stairs.

However, the noise from nearby rooms was quite disruptive, especially with children yelling late into the night. Overall, it was a mixed experience with bright spots and drawbacks.

The room was clean, but I could hear my neighbors quite clearly, including their loud conversations and phone notifications at night. The size of the room felt small, with just enough space for my luggage.

My stay at Raissa Boutique Hotel was mostly enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, though the street outside had its challenges and the internet speed could be improved. 🌆✨

I loved my spacious room, which was clean and came equipped with a nice TV for streaming. However, I could hear noises from outside and even from the plumbing of the upstairs room, which was a bit distracting.

I had a decent stay at Raissa Boutique Hotel, but there were a few things that didn't sit right with me. The location was a bit uncomfortable, nestled in a blue-collar area, but I loved how close it was to tons of eateries. The room had good water pressure and the washroom fittings were solid, though some stains on the bed sheets were hard to overlook.
